NEW: A wild and chaotic scene unfolded on the streets of New Orleans.

Nighttime footage captures a frantic moment where an individual in a "Mardi Gras" shirt is seen sprinting through heavy traffic. They abruptly collide with a black SUV and fall to the ground before scrambling back up amidst shouting onlookers. Police vehicles with flashing lights are seen arriving at the chaotic scene shortly after.

Newsom's California: Beloved L.A. toy store burglarized by masked suspect.

Surveillance video captured a burglar smashing his way into a beloved Los Angeles toy store and escaping with thousands of dollars worth of merchandise.

Minnesota: A Duluth police officer was stabbed early Saturday while engaging with a man accused of threatening paramedics and damaging an ambulance.

The incident unfolded around 12:35 a.m. Saturday near North 1st Avenue West and West 1st Street.

Officers were called after reports of an intoxicated man striking a Mayo Ambulance and threatening the paramedics inside.

Authorities say an officer located the man one block north of where the original call was reported. As the officer attempted to detain him, the man actively resisted and stabbed the officer in the leg during the struggle.

Kevin Daniel Couillard, 22, of Duluth, was taken into custody at the scene and booked into the Saint Louis County Jail. He is being held on probable cause for first-degree assault against a police officer, disorderly conduct, fleeing on foot, obstructing legal process and public nuisance. Formal charges have not yet been filed.

The injured officer suffered wounds that were not considered life-threatening but required transport to a local hospital for treatment. Police say the officer has since been treated and released. Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for his recovery🙏🏻

NEW: ICE San Diego arrested Thomas Dizon, a criminal alien from the Philippines. Dizon was previously convicted for robbery, drug possession, vehicle theft, forgery and fraud. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

DEVELOPING: Mexican authorities carried out an operation a few hours ago in Tapalpa that has led to clashes in the area and road blockades in several municipalities of Jalisco. A Code Red has been activated in Jalisco. The Government of Jalisco reports the suspension of public transportation following the activation of the Code Red due to a federal operation in Tapalpa.

Several municipalities in Jalisco report to narco blockades. Incidents have been reported in Tecolotlán, Tapalpa, Ojo de Agua, Linda Vista, Ayutla, Talpa, the Melaque junction, El Tuito, and along the highway to Morelia, among other locations. There are also reported attacks on Periférico and in the Tabachines area in Zapopan.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends, and colleagues of NC State Highway Patrol Master Trooper Stien Davis, who was tragically killed overnight in an on-duty vehicle collision.🙏🏻

Master Trooper Davis was a graduate of the 141st Basic Patrol School and served the State of North Carolina and the Robeson County community with distinction.

Trooper Davis proudly served the citizens of North Carolina with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Before transferring to Robeson County, he worked here in Scotland County, where our public safety community had the privilege of serving alongside him.
