President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order to "take over the permitting process" in response to L.A.'s wildfires.

Joel Pollak of California Post broke the story.

Will the President send more federal aid dollars to CA?

"He didn't say no...he side stepped that question."

Pollak believes the President wants a "special master" or someone to monitor the $ so there isn't fraud.

Local leaders from both parties have begged congressional leaders & the White House for more funding ASAP.

While law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation to arrest a serial criminal illegal alien whose rap sheet includes multiple arrests for assault, domestic violence, and driving under the influence, an agitator began stalking and obstructing law enforcement.

Our officers attempted to pull her over using their emergency lights to issue her a warning. Ignoring law enforcement commands, the agitator refused to pull over and began driving recklessly including running stop signs, nearly colliding with multiple vehicles, and driving directly at law enforcement in an attempt to ram their vehicle. Her actions endangered law enforcement officers, the public, and allowed this violent criminal to remain at large.

Our officers arrested her. Obstructing law enforcement is a felony and a federal crime.

UPDATE: A Saturday morning crash involving nearly 60 vehicles in Central California's Tulare County forced the temporary closure of Highway 99 in both directions at the scene, according to the California Highway Patrol. Ten people were taken to a local hospital for injuries. Updates on their conditions were not immediately available. CHP investigators believe fog was a factor, estimating there was between 100 to 200 feet of visibility at the time of the chain-reaction crash. But Highway 99 fully reopened by 2:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the CHP.

If you’re a police officer in Seattle, do not carry out these orders from Mayor Wilson, the outcome is not going to be favorable for any cop dumb enough to follow through with obstructing federal law enforcement.

Mayor Bass just posted this on her Instagram - β€œPreparedness Saves Lives.”  I feel like I’m in an especially dark episode of β€œThe Twilight Zone.”

The Palisades fires are a generationally bad outcome - as a result of layers and layers of unpreparedness on behalf of our Mayor, Governor and their teams.  The most unnatural disaster.

Bass and Newsom immediately pointed to natural disasters and wind, but the truth was far less politically convenient for their careers and for the city / state pocketbook.

This is a disaster of unpreparedness, bad policy, gross negligence and ineptitude.  Lies and coverup from day 1.  And we, as humans and fellow citizens are now subjected to posts like this?!  Yes… of course β€œpreparedness saves lives!!”

Bass and Newsom practiced none of this in our lived reality.  Our city burned down with no brush clearance, no traditional fighting of the original Lachman fire (no mudding, no thermal imaging, no fire retardant), the fire apparatus down 40% in trucks and other vehicles, limited airplanes, and a fire force at the lowest level relative to population in 30 years.  And she writes this!!??

Mayor Bass - it’s not the errors and omissions that define you, it’s how you reacted to the worst unnatural disaster of all time.  This is a continuation of that very thing.
