What we saw last night in Minneapolis was an attempted murder of federal law enforcement. Our officer was ambushed and attacked by three individuals who beat him with snow shovels and the handles of brooms. Fearing for his life, the officer fired a defensive shot.
Mayor Frey and Governor Walz have to get their city under control. They are encouraging impeding and assault against our law enforcement which is a federal crime, a felony. This is putting the people of Minnesota in harm’s way.

"Just after midnight this Thursday morning, January 15, Cresson Firefighter No. 38 David Hendrix left us for the arms of Jesus. David fought cancer for well over a year, of a type presumptively assumed to have been caused by his firefighting work. We've missed him while he valiantly fought for his health, and now we miss him even more. He can never be replaced."

The Billionaire Tax Act is still underestimated. Most founders aren’t paying attention, don’t think it applies to them, or believe the cavalry is still coming. That will change if BTA gets on the ballot in April. There will be a panic and rush for the exits.
Whether BTA passes or not, California has proven itself to be an unreliable business environment. Founders, when a state shows you who they are, believe them. Opening a backup HQ in a red state should be part of every growth-stage plan.

NO ACTIVE SHOOTER at Central Park Recreation Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Preliminary information: On January 15, 2026, at approximately 9:54 a.m., a verbal dispute inside the Central Park Recreation Center at 400 Merritts Ave. NE escalated to gunfire. An Atlanta Police officer working an off-duty job at location intervened and discharged his firearm. The suspect was taken into custody and was transported to the hospital by ambulance for a non-gunshot related injury.
Preliminary investigation indicates two victims at the location sustained apparent gunshot wounds. The two victims were alert, conscious, and breathing, and transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The officer was uninjured from the incident.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations will lead the investigation into the officer involved shooting.
