ERO New Orleans removed Mauricio Alberto Espinal, an illegal alien from Honduras. Espinal was convicted in the New York Supreme Court for:

Espinal was sentenced to a term of 25 years' incarceration.

NEW: HCSO Texas K-9 Ghost was injured while assisting in the pursuit of a wanted offender after the suspect allegedly attempted to drown Ghost. The suspect was arrested and remains in custody.

K-9 Ghost received immediate treatment and has been transported to a veterinary clinic for precautionary purposes. K-9 Ghost is expected to be ok.

ICYMI: A military-style truck with no license plates went on a rampage across Houston.

Deputies say it started just before 10 p.m. with a hit-and-run that injured people. Within minutes, law enforcement spotted the truck, but the driver refused to stop.

Here's a breakdown of what happened:
- More than an hour-long chase across Harris County
- At least 10 vehicles hit before the pursuit even began
- Spike strips deployed multiple times
- Deputies and DPS fired rounds trying to disable the truck
- The driver allegedly tried to ram police units
The chase ended on U.S. 59 near Little York, where SWAT used gas and the driver surrendered.

Behind the wheel was a 53-year-old man. Charges are expected to include aggravated assault on a peace officer, evading arrest and hit-and-run.

Prayers for the Washington State Trooper who was seriously injured in the line of duty tonight.

A Washington State Trooper was injured in a multi-car crash on State Route 512 in Pierce County Monday night.

Washington State Patrol (WSP) reported the crash just after 7 p.m., happening at SR 512 and Canyon Road East.
According to WSP, a car struck a trooper's patrol car from behind, which then crashed into other cars.

The trooper was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, WSP says.
The Pierce County Sheriff's Office is now taking over the crash investigation.

Washington DC: A man arrested for unregistered ammunition near the White House Ellipse on Monday afternoon had been driving a truck with several "Jan. 6" signs and other items on the exterior, U.S. Secret Service officials confirmed.

U.S. Secret Service officials spotted the truck parked near the 1600 block of Constitution Avenue, Northwest, after noticing it had no license plates displayed, according to a statement from the agency.

Outside, the tractor-truck had several signs referencing January 6, a likely nod to the five-year mark of the Capitol Protest. The front of the vehicle also displayed several cloth painted to appear like the South Korean flag.

Officers then found the driver, who told them that he had ammunition in his vehicle, according to a statement. Shortly after, the man was arrested for having unregistered ammunition.

ICYMI: The Los Angeles Police Department released video of an officer-involved shooting after a suspect fired multiple rounds at a police helicopter in South Los Angeles. The incident happened Nov. 20 when officers responding to an assault call spotted the armed suspect in a front yard and issued commands to drop the weapon. Police say the suspect refused to comply, retreated into his home, and was later taken into custody after a SWAT response and K9 deployment. Authorities confirmed the suspect was not struck by gunfire and was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer.
