BREAKING: The Brown University shooter, Claudio Manuel Neves Valente entered the United States through the diversity lottery immigrant visa program (DV1) in 2017 and was granted a green card. This heinous individual should never have been allowed in our country. 

In 2017, President Trump fought to end this program, following the devastating NYC truck ramming by an ISIS terrorist, who entered under the DV1 program, and murdered eight people. 

At President Trump’s direction, I am immediately directing USCIS to pause the DV1 program to ensure no more Americans are harmed by this disastrous program.

On Dec. 18, at the direction of SecWar Pete Hegseth, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted lethal kinetic strikes on two vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations in international waters. Intelligence confirmed that the vessels were transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and were engaged in narco-trafficking operations. A total of five male narco-terrorists were killed during these actions - three in the first vessel and two in the second vessel. No U.S. military forces were harmed.

The move, which mainly affects immigrants who hail from certain African and Asian countries, further escalates a wide-ranging crackdown on legal immigration expanded by the Trump administration this month. Many of those affected by the pause are likely to be legal immigrants who are currently in the U.S. and are seeking to change their status or become citizens.

A Riverside CA police officer suffered minor injuries Wednesday evening while responding to a reported mental health crisis near the intersection of University Avenue and Dwight Avenue, in Riverside, according to the Riverside Police Department.

The incident occurred shortly after 6 p.m. when an officer was injured during the response and was transported to a local hospital. A suspect was also detained and transported at the scene.

Riverside Police , PIO Ryan Railsback said details about how the officer was injured and the suspect’s actions at the time of the response were not immediately available. Several witnesses stated that they observed a man in lanes on University Avenue, “hitting and jumping on passing cars”.  “Police arrived, some kind of struggle took place and then they heard what they believe was a gun discharge. Moments later, police swarmed the area and a police helicopter was circling overhead”.

Sending our prayers and support to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, NC, Deputy who was shot last night. 🙏🏻 We are hoping for a quick and full recovery.

A Franklin County deputy is in the hospital after he was shot while chasing a suspect Thursday night near Louisburg.

Sheriff Kevin White said in a social media post that: Deputy Taylor Lucas was attempting to apprehend a suspect when the suspect opened fire.

During the encounter, Deputy Lucas was struck by gunfire and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The deputy’s current condition has not been released.

The suspect was apprehended following the incident, and authorities have confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the community.

LAPD News: OIS investigation in Central Area. PIO enroute. Updates/information will be posted on this thread as they become available.

This is preliminary information as we are still in the early stages of this investigation:

At around 3:30 am, Central Division officers conducted a traffic stop on a stolen Nissan Sentra near the intersection of Gladys and 8th Street.

The vehicle was occupied by a driver and a front passenger.

Officers were in the process of ordering the occupants, who were not cooperating with officers, out of the car to conduct a high-risk felony stop when the front passenger was manipulating items in front of him, one of which appeared to be a handgun, and an officer-involved shooting occurred. The suspect was struck by gunfire and taken into custody.

The suspect, described as a male adult, was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for gunshot wounds and is listed in stable condition.

The suspect’s weapon remains at scene and will be analyzed by the Firearms Analysis Unit and booked as evidence.

No officers or bystanders were injured during this incident.
