Philadelphia 76ers forward Mike Scott got into a fight with Eagles fans at Sunday's game against the visiting Washington Redskins after allegedly receiving racial taunts from tailgaters. A video was posted before Sunday's kickoff showing a person, apparently Scott, in a fight with Eagles fans outside the stadium. He did not appear to get hurt, and fans tweeted afterward that Scott took selfies with them. 😂 #facepalm

The U.S. Air Force released video last week of its latest hypersonic sled test which went shooting down a track at 6,599 miles per hour. The footage shows the sled traveling on a track at the Holloman Air Force Base near Alamogordo, New Mexico at almost two miles per second - which is considered mach 8.6 speed - more than eight times the speed of sound. In truth, the sled was traveling so fast, it's hard for the naked eye to see it moving. Blink and you'll miss it. #WOW

A haunting glimpse of Ground Zero: Doctor who raced to the scene on 9/11 reveals never-before-seen images of the clean-up after nearly 3,000 people died in terror attacks 18 years ago. When he arrived he was surrounded by debris and smoke but rapidly got to work setting up what he claims to be the first triage center on site. Over the following days, thousands of construction workers, first responders and volunteers gathered at Ground Zero to search for survivors and begin the long road to cleaning up the site, fires still raging and clouds of dust swirling in the air. Eighteen people were freed alive from the rubble, one of them as late as 12.30pm on September 12, but thousands more were trapped. 🗿 #history

Donald Trump observed an emotional moment of silence and recalled his horror upon watching the second plane hit the World Trade Center in the horror 9/11 attacks - as hundreds across the nation gathered for remembrance ceremonies on the 18th anniversary of the tragedy that took 2,977 lives and scarred America. Then Trump headed to the Pentagon memorial where he laid a wreath as a U.S. Army officer read the names of the 184 lives lost in the 9/11 attacks there. The president then recounted seeing the second of two airliners fly into the World Trade Center from a nearby window. 'Nobody really knew what happened. There was great confusion,' Trump said. 'I was looking out of a window from a building in midtown Manhattan, directly at the World Trade Center, when I saw a second plane at a tremendous speed go into the second tower. It was then that I realized the world was going to change.' Hundreds gathered to observe the moment of silence and hear the reading of the victim names on Wednesday in New York.🗿
