Masked prowlers have returned to a Larchmont condo building for the third time since July, leaving families on edge as surveillance video shows suspects climbing onto the property and peering inside windows. A neighbor believes the same group has come back multiple times and worries they may eventually try to force their way in. A similar break-in in Bel Air last week, where intruders shattered a bedroom door and stole valuables in minutes, has only heightened those concerns. Police are now investigating both incidents as residents fear the suspects could become violent.

The misuse of the Lewis List to retaliate against a government witness is as dangerous as it is unlawful. Novick deserves reinstatement, restoration of his career, and full exoneration.
Anything less rewards political abuse and undermines the very foundation of the justice system.
πππ
Cory Novick was fired after federal prosecutors sent notice to the U.S. Marshals Service claiming he had provided conflicting testimony in a high profile, racially charged case.
Mr. Novick was not notified of what testimony was in conflict, who had reviewed the testimony, or how the finding supported the conclusion.
In circular fashion, he was simply told he was on a list and thus would be fired.
No notice or opportunity to be heard was ever granted.
Mr. Novick was part of a crime suppression unit that was flagged down by a uniformed officer who stated that a suspected violent gang member was circling the area on a moped, apparently trying to locate another individual.
When police spotted the suspected gang member and attempted to speak to him, he sped away driving dangerously and erratically through city streets. The flight ended when the suspect drove his moped into oncoming traffic and was killed.
Stoked to believe the death was racially based, a mob attacked a police station.
Federal prosecutors responded by prosecuting two police officers for homicide and obstruction of justice.
Prosecutors repeatedly called Mr. Novick to testify about his recollection of events at both the grand jury and at trial.
Novick provided truthful testimony in both.
Mr. Novick left the MPD and took a job as Deputy U.S. Marshal.
Nine months into his tenure, he was fired. The sole justification for this termination was that federal prosecutors had identified him as given contradictory testimony.
Novick, however, was never impeached at trial, nor was he notified of, or allowed to defend himself before a reviewing panel.
Mr. Novick asserts that such "star-chamber" like proceedings violate basic due process, which requires, at least, notice and an opportunity to be heard.
The suit raises the issue whether law enforcement officials are protected by the very rights they seek to uphold, or, whether they can subject to arbitrary and capricious decision making that could be used to shift blame for flawed prosecutions or to punish them for not supporting the personal or political aims of a prosecutor.
The case represents the continued effort to support the rights of our clients, particularly federal employees, for merely performing their jobs with competence and integrity.

I love the State of Indiana, and have won it, including Primaries, six times, all by MASSIVE Majorities. Importantly, it now has a chance to make a difference in Washington, D.C., in regard to the number of House seats we have that are necessary to hold the Majority against the Radical Left Democrats. Every other State has done Redistricting, willingly, openly, and easily. There was never a question in their mind that contributing to a WIN in the Midterms for the Republicans was a great thing to do for our Party, and for America itself. In all fairness, the Democrats have been doing Redistricting for years, and continue to do so. Unfortunately, Indiana Senate βLeaderβ Rod Bray enjoys being the only person in the United States of America who is against Republicans picking up extra seats, in Indianaβs case, two of them. He is putting every ounce of his limited strength into asking his soon to be very vulnerable friends to vote with him. By doing so, he is putting the Majority in the House of Representatives, Washington, D.C., at risk and, at the same time, putting anybody in Indiana who votes against this Redistricting, likewise, at risk. The people of Indiana donβt want the Party of Sleepy Joe Biden, Kamala, Ilhan Omar, or the rest to succeed in Washington. Bray doesnβt care. Heβs either a bad guy, or a very stupid one! In any event, he and a couple of his friends will partner with the Radical Left Democrats. They found some Republican βSUCKERS,β and they couldnβt be happier that they did! Guys like Failed Senate Candidate Mitch Daniels, who I opposed in his Race against Senator Jim Banks, and Cam Savage, whoever that is, are fighting against the Republican Party, all the way. Bray and his friends are the favorite Republicans of Hakeem Jeffries, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and Cryinβ Chuck Schumer. Anybody that votes against Redistricting, and the SUCCESS of the Republican Party in D.C., will be, I am sure, met with a MAGA Primary in the Spring. If Republicans will not do what is necessary to save our Country, they will eventually lose everything to the Democrats. Rod Bray and his friends wonβt be in Politics for long, and I will do everything within my power to make sure that they will not hurt the Republican Party, and our Country, again. One of my favorite States, Indiana, will be the only State in the Union to turn the Republican Party down!

State Senator Phil Berger is an America First Patriot, who is doing an incredible job representing North Carolinaβs 26th Senate District! Phil Berger has served as the Highly Respected Leader of the North Carolina Senate for over a decade, helping us deliver massive and historic Victories across the State, including my six BIG WINS and Primaries in 2016, 2020, and 2024! As Senate Leader, Phil is fighting tirelessly to Grow the Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations, Advance MADE IN THE U.S.A., Unleash American Energy DOMINANCE, Champion School Choice, Support our Great Military, Veterans, and Law Enforcement, Keep our now very Secure Border, SECURE, Stop Migrant Crime, and Protect our always under siege Second Amendment. He is also endorsed by Senator Ted Budd, and Representatives Virginia Foxx, Addison McDowell, David Rouzer, and many other MAGA Warriors. Sam Page is GREAT, he has been a longtime supporter, but I really want him to come work for us in Washington, D.C., rather than further considering a run against Phil β Both are such outstanding people! Therefore, Phil Berger has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election β HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!

EXCLUSIVE: "Everyone in San Francisco freaked out when Trump threatened to surge the Guard and ICE. What you don't know is that Nancy Pelosi approved the Feds to come into SF in 2023. In this city, the Honduran drug dealers rule the streets and they're all illegal aliens.
The DOJ, DEA, FBI and ATF have been operating in the city for some time. And if they make a bust and you're an illegal alien, because its the Feds, you get deported. This was happening long before Trump. So, while it's easy to blame POTUS, you should know the truth first.
If ICE came to San Francisco and arrested all of the Honduran drug dealers, 80% of the open drug scenes that keep dragging the city down would disappear. I'm not openly calling for ICE, I'm just stating an opinion. Interpret that however you want.
First and foremost, San Francisco struggles with a drug crisis. Fentanyl is everywhere. Even in our wastewater. And 650 people die every year as a result. The key to San Francisco's full recovery is to remove those who sell it and get those addicted into treatment."

This is a long video but please watch to get a small taste of what it's really like in Pacific Palisades right now. This is from just one neighborhood.
Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass promised to expedite construction after the Palisades Fire, to cut red tape and regulations. In reality not only have they failed at that; they've failed to intervene in the insurance crisis that's prevented many from even starting the rebuild process. And that's not even taking into account all of the other failures that caused this fire and made it so destructive.
As we approach the one-year anniversary, Palisades residents still need help - and for state and local leaders to be held accountable.
