BREAKING: Court records say Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, NC, arrested Oscar Solarzano in connection with yesterday’s stabbing on the light rail. He is being held on no bond

Solarzano, whose address is listed as the Roof Above homeless center, is charged with attempted first degree murder, AWDW serious injury, breaking/entering a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and intoxicated and disruptive. In court paperwork, Magistrate Rebecca Howell, who ordered Solarzano held on no bond, said Solarzano is in the country illegally and has been deported before.

The warrant says he appeared to be intoxicated on the train when he challenged the victim to a fight. The warrant says he used slurred and unintelligible words and attacked the victim with a large fixed blade knife.

The affidavit isn’t online yet and will have more information. As of 9:30 am, CMPD hasn’t released details on the attack or said whether the suspect and victim knew each other. CATS has not said whether PSS, the company that provides security for CATS, was on board the train at the time of the attack. Solarzano’s B&E charge says he “broke into” the light rail train— I’m not sure what this means in this context and whether this is a fancy way of saying he didn’t pay his fare. CATS hasn’t released that information.

Solarzano does not have any prior criminal history listed on Portal.

He’s due in court Monday at 10 am before Judge Keith Smith.

Mexico: Reports that a car bomb exploded in front of the Community Police in Coahuayana, Michoacán with initial reports of two police officers being killed and up to seven injured.

Of all the destructive and ruinous policies aimed at the heart of our Republic, few can compete with “birthright citizenship.”

Every illegal alien, foreign visitor and visa scammer, merely by giving birth on US soil, can access unlimited welfare for life through their “American” child and send the extra cash back home to support their foreign village. That same child is granted full voting privileges upon his 18th birthday, making illegal aliens and their descendants one of the largest voting blocs in the United States.

Under “birthright citizenship” a terrorist and his terrorist wife can commit immigration fraud, come here as tourists, perpetrate a terrorist attack, give birth, and have an “American” child.

“Birthright citizenship” is an atrocity flatly and flagrantly incompatible with any concept of nationhood.

Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia, an illegal alien from Honduras, is being charged with attempted first-degree murder after he stabbed a victim with a large knife on a train in Charlotte, North Carolina. ICE lodged a detainer to ensure this criminal illegal is not released back into North Carolina neighborhoods. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the county will honor the detainer since they have a history of not cooperating with ICE.
 
His criminal history includes prior arrests for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, destroying evidence, resisting arrest, using a false ID, and convictions for robbery and illegally re-entry.

This criminal illegal alien was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge in 2018 and removed by the Trump Administration on March 9, 2018. He was apprehended illegally crossing the border again in 2021 and was again removed. He entered the country illegally for a THIRD time at an unknown date and location.

Today, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department proudly celebrates the graduation of VIDA Class 50, with 53 participants completing the program. VIDA (Vital Intervention and Directional Alternatives) is a 16-week youth program focused on discipline, mentoring, family engagement, and positive personal growth.

Their success reflects both their hard work and the commitment of the LASD personnel who guided them.

Class 50 was supported by the captains and teams from Lancaster, Palmdale, Santa Clarita, East Los Angeles, and South Los Angeles. Their collaboration helped ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for every participant.
