AFGHAN TERRORIST ARRESTED TODAY JUST MILES FROM D.C. CAME IN UNDER BIDEN.
Today the heroes of ICE arrested Jaan Shah Safi, an unvetted Afghan national who provided support to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria-Khorasan (ISIS-K). He also provided weapons to his father who is a commander of a militia group in Afghanistan.
The Biden administration created one of the worst national security crises in American history. Biden let into our country nearly 190,000 unvetted Afghan aliens β only determining who they were and their intentions when they were already on American soil. President Trump has been working every day since January 20 to clean up this unmitigated national security crisis.

RECKLESS!
On Monday, December 1, around 12:30 a.m., AIR5 spotted a reckless driver on US 95 at Charleston.
The light-colored sedan was traveling at speeds between 120 and 140 miles per hour, weaving dangerously close to cars and passing on the shoulder.
The vehicle was seen sparking at some points while Air 5 tried to keep up with the dangerous speeds.
As you can see from this helicopter video, this could have ended in tragedy.
One of our patrol officers spotted the vehicle and pulled it over on the southbound I-15 ramp from US 95.
Behind the wheel was an 18-year-old who showed signs of impairment.
The car also had a 16, 17, and another 18-year-old inside.
Dangerous, deadly, and downright dumb.
The driver was arrested, and the car was impounded.
We are cracking down on dangerous driving, from the air and on the ground. So far, 148 people killed on roads within our jurisdiction in 2025.

NEW: Former Sacramento County Sheriffβs Deputy Marvin Morales, 40, is the suspect accused of stabbing his 11-year-old son to death inside their Elk Grove home.
The boyβs mother reportedly saw the attack unfold on a home security camera while she was at work and called 911. When officers arrived, the child was critically injured and later died at the hospital. His 6-year-old sister survived.
Morales fled the scene, launching a multi-agency pursuit down I-5 that ended in Lodi after officers deployed spike strips. A crash, a shootout, and Morales was finally taken down. He later died at the hospital.
Morales wasnβt just a random man spiraling out of control. He was a former deputy, fired last year after allegedly overdosing on fentanyl inside a sheriffβs station bathroom, using evidence seized in a case, and then lying to investigators.
Red flags werenβt just present; they were practically waving in neon. Yet the institution that once armed him, trained him, and trusted him with authority did little to acknowledge the ongoing danger to those closest to him.
And now, the deeper questions begin.

Even if the snowfall has slowed, temperatures are still dropping. Roads that look dry may be hiding icy patches as everything refreezes tonight. Earlier on I-70, an Adams County Deputy was struck while helping two motorists who had spun out. Thankfully, the Deputy was not injured and we are investigating the crash.
