The officer was sitting in his patrol vehicle while working with several slide-offs when another vehicle crashed into him.

NEW: A man stole an Amazon delivery truck and ended up crashing into parked cars in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles Friday morning, police said.⁠

The driver said he hopped out of the truck to drop off a package at around 7:30 a.m. and turned back around within seconds, only to find a man sitting in his truck.⁠

NYC: East 109th Street & 2nd Avenue, two vehicles from the NYPD23Pct responding to a call in East Harlem on Tuesday, ended up in a collision after both attempted to move through the intersection at the same time. The impact left both police cars severely damaged.

Two officers involved in the crash were evaluated on the scene and then taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

NEW: A deputy is recovering after his SUV was hit on Saturday morning in Grenada Co., Mississippi, according to officials.

According to the Grenada County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was taken to the emergency room after the vehicle he was in was struck on Interstate 55. They say he was released from the emergency room and will make a full recovery.

Officials say the driver and passenger of the other vehicle were taken to the hospital by EMS and are in serious condition.
