Straight To The Point: The Case Against Comey
This week, former FBI Director Comey's legal team took their best shot at getting his criminal indictment dismissed.
The evidence released Kash Patel includes FBI 'burn bags' containing sensitive records about the Trump probes. The evidence is credible and could prove hard to overcome if Comey's case goes to trial.
I spoke with six former FBI special agents. Between them, they have more than 9 decades of law enforcement experience.
They said the FBI Trump probes were not done “By The Book.”
⁃ “Burn Bags” discovered at FBI HQ contained sensitive and classified records including Mar-a-Lago, January 6 and the Russia collusion probes. A former FBI agent called it “nefarious.”
- Classified CIA referral about alleged ‘Clinton Plan’ found in storage closet adjacent to FBI Director’s office
- FBI Leak Investigation codenamed ARCTIC HAZE alleges ‘investigator-level’ briefing to press about Comey’s handling of Clinton email probe
- Former FBI Special Agent “If it’s not illegal, I don’t know what is.”
- Columbia Law professor acted as Comey's de-facto personal PR rep
- Connecting the Dots: Susan Rice January 2017 email claimed FBI and Intelligence Russia probes were done “by the book”
- News reports were wrongly used to justify surveillance warrants for Trump campaign aide. Former agents said it deviated from FBI investigative standards.
02:00 FBI ‘Burn Bags' evidence revealed in Comey criminal prosecution
03:50 Former FBI agent suggests a potential whistleblower wanted to records preserved and discovered
05:10 CIA intelligence about 2016 presidential election found in storage closet near Director’s office
06:15 Connecting the dots: In 2016, CIA intelligence alleged potential ‘Clinton Plan’ to damage candidate Trump
08:00 FBI leak investigation alleges ‘investigator-level briefing” for reporters on Clinton email case
09:40 Surveillance warrant application cited media reports for national security court. Not standard.
12:10 DNI Clapper email: we all need to be on the same page. NSA Director pushes back, “took a lot of courage.”
13:30 National Security Adviser Susan Rice 2017 email: claims investigations ‘by the book.’
14:40 FBI ARCTIC FROST investigation: GOP phone toll records collected. Retired FBI agent said toll records are intrusive.
16:30 Alleged coordination FBI, DOJ and intelligence community.
I can’t wait until Catherine Herridge writes her version of All the President’s Men, exposing the lawfare and deep state conspiracy perpetrated by the real minions of the swamp. Let the true insurrectionists be brought to justice.

Karoline Leavitt gaggles with the press outside of the West Wing 🇺🇸
Margo Martin
Press Sec. on Ukraine peace talks: "We feel as though we're in a very good place... The President deserves a great deal of credit for the amount of energy and effort he has put into trying to bring these two sides to an end of this war. He wants to see the killing stop."
Press Sec: "The White House is supportive of the DeptofWar's investigation into Senator Mark Kelly, and I think what Senator Mark Kelly was actually trying to do was intimidate the 1.3M active duty service members who are currently serving... you can't have a functioning military if there's disorder and chaos within the ranks — and that's what these Democrat members were encouraging."
Press Sec: We view the Maduro regime as being illegitimate, and POTUS has been very satisfied with the successful strikes against narcoterrorists that are illegally trafficking drugs towards the United States of America... you can expect to see those strikes continue.
Press Sec on H-1Bs: President Trump does NOT support American workers being replaced. He has a nuanced, commonsense approach — after those factories are up and running and workers are trained, these companies better be hiring American workers.
PressSec smacks down a VERY rude Fake News April Ryan: "I turned and looked at you because you're yelling." 🤣
Press Sec on NYC Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani: "Talk is cheap... The fact that POTUS is willing to meet with somebody who said those types of things about him shows that he really is interested in being a President for ALL Americans."
