The primary target AND 8 additional Venezuelan nationals, all illegally present in the U.S. with criminal/immigration pasts including Domestic Violence, Assault, Prostitution, & Larceny were taken into custody.
Every individual arrested faces deportation proceedings.

On Monday October 27, 2025, Angelo Jose Saldivar, was involved in an alleged domestic violence incident involving his ex-spouse and several witnesses in Rancho Cucamonga. San Bernardino County Sheriff Deputy Andrew Nunez responded to the call and was shot and killed after arriving first on scene. A high-speed motorcycle pursuit followed, which endangered the lives of motorists until Saldivar was stopped by a legal intervention.

On Monday, November 3, 2025, the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office has filed the following charges against Defendant Saldivar:

Prosecutors have also alleged special allegations for use of a firearm in commission of the assaults. Special allegations of murder to avoid arrest, murder of a police officer, and personal and intentional discharge of a firearm have been filed with the murder charge of Deputy Andrew Nunez.

The investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be added.

Florida: Two Titusville Officers responding to a disturbance call involving an armed person received moderate but non-life-threatening injuries when their patrol cars collided.

At approximately 8:55 a.m. two officers, in separate marked patrol cars, were responding to 911 calls about a woman brandishing a handgun at another person in the retail parking lot of award trophy, 4424 S. Hopkins Ave Titusville. As the officers were approaching the scene, they received updated information that one of the suspects had just left.

The preliminary investigation reveals that the closest officer to the call made a sudden U-turn to pursue the suspect vehicle, when the patrol car behind her struck the side of her car and then struck some trees along the roadway. 

One officer was transported to a trauma center by helicopter as a precaution. The other officer was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for observation. Both officers received non-life-threatening injuries.

Unsettled weather continues for the Northwest and Northern California as we head into midweek.

A motorcycle officer with the Los Angeles Police Department was involved in a collision with the front of an SUV in downtown Los Angeles late Monday night.

The crash was reported shortly after 11 p.m. in the area of Temple and Los Angeles streets near the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center.

The officer sustained minor injuries but was not taken to a hospital, according to news video service KNN.
