A TxDPS Trooper conducted a traffic stop in Uvalde County on Oct. 30. The driver, identified as Julio Horacio Martinez Valerio, fled on foot toward the brush.

Watch as DPS Tracking K-9 Bona and her handler track for over one mile and locate Martinez Valerio hiding in the brush. He was arrested and charged with evading arrest.

It was later discovered that Martinez Valerio is an illegal immigrant from Mexico who fled to avoid deportation.

BREAKING! We are declaring a limited juvenile curfew in Washington, DC.

Effective immediately, all juveniles under the age of 18 are subject to a curfew from 11PM until 6AM, which will extend through 11/5.

This is in response to several weeks of disorderly juvenile behavior which endangered both themselves and others.

The Chief of Police is also authorized to designate special curfew zones for youths under 18 beginning at 6PM.

NEW: Federal agents were seen wearing Halloween masks while driving to and from a Department of Homeland Security operational staging area in the Port of Los Angeles this week. 👻

A boy dressed as a police offiicer was injured Friday evening while trick-or-treating in Youngsville, Louisiana.

Police Chief Jean-Paul "JP" Broussard said the boy was on the sidewalk and may have run into the street.

The vehicle that ran over him was moving slowly, Broussard said, as the driver tried to leave the subdivision during trick-or-treating. He said the incident was an accident.

Youngsville Police officers were deployed throughout the city during trick-or-treating, Broussard said, and responded to the incident within minutes.

Saturday afternoon that the boy remains hospitalized with moderate injuries but is in stable condition.

Broussard said he spoke with the boy's mother who said he was playing around Saturday in his hospital room.
