Why is NBCBayArea peddling a hoax for a PEDOPHILE?

Here are the FACTS: ICE arrested Gerardo Rojas-Leyva, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, with a rap sheet including lewd and lascivious acts with a child, battery of a spouse, domestic battery, and providing compensation for prostitution.

This pedophile illegally re-entered the U.S. after a previous removalβ€”a felonyβ€”at an unknown date and time.

President Trump and Sec. Kristi Noem are removing criminal illegal alien predators from our communities and putting the safety of Americans FIRST.

Promises made, promises kept.

The President and AG Pam Bondi made clear that we will find, arrest, and charge anyone who attacks our federal agents.

This morning we arrested 10 defendants for engaging in violence against officers and property earlier this year in connection with anti-immigration enforcement protests. They are now in federal custody.

Among those arrested is Isai Carrillo, who was part of a violent group that attacked and threw rocks at federal agents as they exited the Glass House marijuana farm raid this summer.

Peaceful protest is protected. Violence is not. Agitators who harm our officers, agents, and property will be brought to justice.

The FBI today arrested nine violent agitators in Los Angeles for their roles in a June protest where law enforcement officers were trapped under a bridge and attacked with Molotov cocktails. Violence against those who protect our communities will never be tolerated.

This FBI stands firmly with the men and women of law enforcementβ€”justice will always come for those who bring chaos to our streets.

Please, pray for the Mesa Police Officer who was shot in the line of duty this morning.πŸ™πŸ»

Arizona: A police officer was injured and a suspect was killed during a shooting incident Wednesday morning near Mesa Gateway Airport, authorities said.

It wasn’t immediately clear whether the suspect was killed by police officers or took his own life, according to the Mesa Police Department.

β€œAt this time, I don’t have that information. What I can tell you is that’s all going to be part of our investigation,” Detective John Dreyer told reporters during a press conference at the scene near Sossaman and Ray roads.

The wounded officer was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.

I was asked to respond directly to Newsom's argument that Prop. 50 is "fighting fire with fire." Under that tortured logic, the whole world burns.

Just as California has, both literally and figuratively, during Newsom's failed governorship.
