We had more than 100,000 people across all five boroughs peacefully exercising their first amendment rights and the NYPD made zero protest-related arrests.

UPDATE: The CHP has apparently reversed its decision to close the 5 freeway today and is re opening lanes now,

“However officials have said it would reopen and that traffic breaks would be implemented once the live fire event got underway.”

Current traffic conditions through San Clemente show little to no traffic backup at this time.

This week, in coordination with federal partners, PPB’s Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit seized approximately 52 pounds of methamphetamine, $92,800 in cash, and one firearm. This operation, resulting in two arrests, demonstrates the ongoing commitment to disrupting the trafficking of illegal substances and enhancing public safety.
