Lily walked into the police dog auction with a small jar of coins clutched in her hands.
She wasn’t there to watch. She wasn’t there for fun.
She was there for Max — the retired police dog who had once served alongside her late mother, Officer Hannah Parker.

Since losing her mom, Lily had stopped speaking. Yet, she never forgot the lessons her mother left behind: love with all your heart, and never give up.

The room fell silent. Some laughed softly at the tiny bid.

But then, Max barked, broke free from his handler, and ran straight to Lily. Without hesitation, he sat at her side, guarding her like he always had with her mother.

No one said a word. One by one, the bidders lowered their paddles.
They all knew — Max had already chosen his home.

That day, Lily walked out of the auction with more than a dog.
She walked out with a piece of her mother’s love, and Max walked out with his forever family.

Because some bonds can’t be measured in money — only in loyalty, devotion, and hope.

⭐DEPUTY SAVES DRIVER PASSED OUT BEHIND THE WHEEL ⭐

Deputy Brad Grate was beach-bound on Highway 501 when he noticed a vehicle stopped in the road. He pulled over and approached the vehicle. The vehicle was in park, and the driver-side window was down, but the driver was unresponsive.

"I recognized him from the jail," said Grate. "He was breathing really slow and I could see in his face that he was experiencing an overdose."

Grate immediately took action by calling EMS, retrieving Narcan from his vehicle and administering it up the driver's nose. The driver woke up and EMS arrived to transport him to the hospital.

Deputy Grate then waited with the vehicle until the driver's brother could pick it up.

"I'm just glad I was able to help him," he said.

We attribute Deputy Grate's training and quick actions for saving this individual's life.

I used, at the White House, the most beautiful marble and stone available anywhere. Surfaces are very important to me as a Builder. As everyone knows, I built many GREAT Buildings, and other things, over the years. At the White House, I am very proud of the beautiful stonework we did in the Rose Garden, in this case, using limestone plus. The Rose Garden is completed, and far more beautiful than anyone ever had in mind when it was conceived of, decades ago. Three days ago, while admiring the stonework, I happened to notice a huge gash in the limestone that extended more than 25 yards long. It was deep and nasty! I started yelling, “Who did this, and I want to find out now!” — And I didn’t say this in a nice manner. I wondered, “Was it vandalism or, was it stupidity?” Lo and behold, because of the fact that we’ve installed the finest security equipment anywhere, they brought back the stupid people, with their boss watching (in sunglasses!). It was a subcontractor that was installing heavy landscaping on a steel cart that was broken and tilting badly, with it rubbing hard against the soft, beautiful stone. I love and respect great workers and contractors, but something like this should never happen. Now, I’ll replace the stone, charge the contractor, and never let that contractor work at the White House again — But, how great is the video equipment? We caught them, cold. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
