So here is a wonderful idea- since bartenders can be held criminally liable for drunk drivers, I think we need to make judges criminally liable for the subsequent actions taken by the rapists, molesters, abusers, and murders that they turn them back out on the street.

More Americans need to realize that regardless of their party, criminals MUST be made to do time for their crimes and held till their trial. A MURDERER should NOT be let out on bail! PERIOD!

Anything less than full sentence, judge is liable.

Parole? Parole board is liable.

Prosecutor? Charge all crimes and seek maximum penalties.

It is SICKENING to think this pedophile criminal illegal alien was residing inside the home where a daycare operates and hiding out in a sanctuary city.

Man with knife lunges at police officer in Cathedral City, California.

Nathaniel Hanley, Cathedral City Police Commander, said the incident ended with Officer Ayala gaining control of the suspect and arresting him on scene.

He said Officer Ayala is back to full duty.

"He's fully recovered and back to full duty," Hanley said. "He received a slight injury during the scuffle, but he was able to come back to duty actually the following week."

Riverside County jail records reveal the suspect, Juan Francisco Sosa Jr., 29, was charged with attempted murder and robbery.
