BREAKING: Two people are dead and at least 3 others are injured, including a child, after a shooting at Target in North Austin, Texas.

The suspect carjacked a car in the Target parking lot at 8601 Research Blvd. and fled the scene. He has since been taken into custody, according to Austin Police.

Ghost guns are a danger to us all, police officers and citizens alike.

On July 5, a suspect with one of these illegal weapons shot an LAPD officer in both legs and grazed his face during a foot pursuit. He continued firing at backup officers until his weapon malfunctioned.

The injured officer remains hospitalized in stable condition. The suspect is in custody and facing charges that could result in a life sentence. This incident is a stark reminder of the risks our officers face every day on the street and the urgent need to combat the spread of these untraceable firearms.

BREAKING! Montana: Emergency crews are responding to a confirmed plane crash at Kalispell City Airport, Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino told.

The incident prompted a multi-agency response, with units from the Kalispell Police Department, Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, and local fire departments arriving on scene to assist.

Initial reports indicate a small plane had an issue on the runway and crashed into another plane on the taxiway.

Sanderson, Texas: Agents from the Sanderson Border Patrol Station, supported by aerial units from the Alpine Air and Marine’s Air Interdiction team, apprehended a group of eight illegal aliens a few hours ago.  This group crossed and was intercepted in one of the most unforgiving and isolated stretches along the U.S.–Mexico border—a rugged, remote area where extreme conditions challenge both those attempting the journey and the agents working to secure the border.

The Big Bend region remains particularly vulnerable to increased illegal crossing activity due to its vast, rugged terrain and isolation, posing unique and ongoing challenges for border security enforcement.

The Bronco Fire in Gila county, Arizona has grown to 18,100 acres and remains 0% contained. Southwest Incident Management Team 4 has taken command of the fire.

Crews and heavy equipment continue to build fireline through fuels that are being classified as in extreme drought due to lack of winter snow. Afternoon thunderstorms producing erratic winds have helped fuel growth as well. This fire is burning on the San Carlos Apache Reservation ground.

The Hotshot Wake Up

A homeless man in South Los Angeles is going viral after he built a three-story treehouse that was later torn down by authorities.

It reportedly included a mezzanine and an enclosed place to sleep. On Monday, KABC learned a new treehouse is being constructed.
