There’s a lot of misinformation going around about the great work being done by our amazing federal prosecutors here in the Central District of California.

Here are the facts regarding criminal cases we filed for assaults on agents or interference with immigration enforcement since June 6, 2025 — the start of the riots here in Los Angeles.

53 criminal complaints have been filed and signed by a federal judge.

Of those cases:

9 have been indicted by a grand jury

7 waived indictment and proceeded by way of an Information

4 have pleaded guilty

7 were dismissed without prejudice (meaning they can be refiled anytime within the statute of limitations)

The remaining 26 cases are making their way through the court process and are at various stages.

For those unfamiliar with criminal prosecutions, when there are reactive arrests, like we had during the riots, it’s not uncommon for a complaint to be dismissed so that law enforcement can conduct additional investigation and collect more evidence.

“Over the past six months, I have spent time reflecting on this moment in our nation’s history, and the best way for me to continue fighting for the American people and advancing the values and ideals I hold dear.

I am a devout public servant, and from the earliest days of my career, I have believed that the best way I could make a difference in people’s lives and fight for a better future was to improve the system from within. NEW: DHS tells FoxNews ICE arrested a handful of egregious criminal aliens yesterday, including an illegal alien from Sierra Leone convicted of raping an 11-year-old Maryland girl 15 times in a 5 month span in 2014, and a Venezuelan illegal alien w/ six felony convictions in MD including armed robbery, handgun use during a felony, first degree assault, and drug distribution.

Additional arrests include a Guatemalan illegal alien convicted of unlawful sexual contact with a minor in Pennsylvania, and a Salvadoran illegal alien convicted of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury in Harris County, TX after he crashed his box truck into the back of a car at a red light while drunk, injuring six children, one of whom was sent to the ICU with a fractured skull.

The incident started near the checkout area in Walmart. At 4:43 p.m., the 42-year-old male suspect entered the store in Garfield Township with a folding knife; the suspect then stabbed 11 people in total and acted alone.

BREAKING: A Colorado dentist was found guilty of methodically poisoning his wife to death.

Dr. James Toliver Craig, 47, a Colorado dentist, faces life in prison without parole after being found guilty Wednesday of first-degree murder for poisoning his wife, Angela Craig, along with multiple charges of solicitation to commit murder, perjury, and evidence tampering. He was found not guilty of manslaughter.
