7/26/25: TxDPS K-9 Bona and her handler once again demonstrated their relentless determination, tracking more than two miles in Maverick County to assist USBPChiefDRT Agents, with air support from CBPAMO.

This joint effort led to the successful apprehension of two illegal immigrants attempting to evade capture by crossing through private ranches.

Whether it’s one or many, every apprehension helps secure our communities and nation—disrupting potential gotaways and reinforcing border safety.

This is just one example of the continued state and federal collaboration under Operation Lone Star.

One shot in chest, and one in leg. This is believed to have been a SWAT training exercise that went wrong.

UPDATE: Regarding the deputies injured during a training exercise at 2000 Wade Hampton Blvd, both deputies are expected to recover and be okay. One of the deputies is undergoing surgery for his injury.

Please, pray for the Indianapolis Metro Police officer who was shot in the line of duty this morning. 🙏🏻

Indy police say one suspect is dead and another is injured and in custody after an officer was shot twice on the city’s near northwest side.

Indianapolis Metro police crews were called just after 2 p.m. [local time] Tuesday to the intersection of N. White River Pkwy E. Drive and Sheffield Avenue for an investigation. Soon after, EMS crews were called to the intersection of 16th Street and Lafayette Road for a gunshot scene.

Multiple sources have confirmed that an IMPD officer was shot twice, once in the leg and once in the buttocks. The officer was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Sources have also confirmed that two suspects were involved in the shooting incident. Both of the suspects were reportedly shot and one of them has since been pronounced dead.

UPDATE: At least one person was shot in Granada Hills Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting occurred in the 17300 block of Firma Court just after 12:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department said.

The Los Angeles Fire Department told KTLA that the attack occurred at a day care. The Kids Dream Learning Center is located on that block, though officials have not confirmed it as the site of the shooting.

Fire officials also said they transported two people to local hospitals, though information about the victims is limited. Police said there was only one victim, described as a female.

As for the shooter, he was found in his Tesla near Balboa Boulevard and Sherman Way, police said, and he was taken into custody.

7/21- USBP agents assisted Cameron County Constables Pct 5 during a traffic stop in San Pedro, TX. The driver presented a Mexican voter ID card as identification and then attempted to flee. This gang member did not get very far. USBP agents identified the man as a previously deported Mexican national with known ties to the Gulf Cartel and a prior arrest for assault. He was arrested and now faces prosecution for felony illegal re-entry.

We are identifying, locating, and removing threats- one arrest at a time.
