ICE attempted to arrest Carlos Gutierrez Caroenas, a criminal illegal alien charged with domestic battery and driving with a suspended license.

When Carlos Gutierrez Caroenas exited the donut shop, ICE officers clearly identified themselves and approached him.

The criminal illegal alien assaulted the officer by THROWING HOT COFFEE ON THE OFFICER’S FACE AND ARM, causing severe pain.

ICE law enforcement chased him on foot to Stater Bros. Market, where management obstructed the arrest by refusing to allow officers to search the store’s bathroom—letting the criminal free.

Illinois: Three people, including two Chicago police officers, were injured in a crash in the Gage Park neighborhood Wednesday morning.

Police said a 51-year-old man driving north on California Avenue when he ran a red light and struck a marked squad car going west on 51st Street.

Police said the man fled the scene but was taken into custody and transported to Holy Cross Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Two officers in the squad car were transported to a hospital where they were in good condition, police said.

ARRESTED: Elpidio Reyna surrendered today at the U.S.-Mexico border to face a felony charge of assault on a federal officer for throwing rocks at passing law enforcement vehicles in Paramount on June 7. 

He was taken into custody by a U.S. Border Patrol officer who was inside one of the vehicles damaged in the attack — a brave law enforcement officer who could have been killed in last month’s dangerous and reckless attack.

I thank FBI LosAngeles , CBP, and USBP Chief Gregory Bovino for their efforts to track down this dangerous felon. 

To anyone who thinks they can attack  federal officers and hide behind a mask or helmet, Reyna’s arrest today proves we can find and charge anyone who violates federal law. Don’t touch our officers

Reyna will make his initial appearance in federal court this afternoon. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
