A man killed four people and wounded two in a string of robberies and stabbings in California's Orange County before he was arrested, police said Wednesday. The 33-year-old Garden Grove man was taken into custody after he came out of a 7-Eleven store and dropped a knife and a gun that he had taken from a security guard before fatally stabbing him, police said. His name wasn't immediately released. The violence appeared to be random and the only known motives appear to be 'robbery, hate, homicide,' Garden Grove police Lt. An earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 6.0 has hit western Turkey, damaging homes and causing some injuries. The quake was centred on the town of Bozkurt, in Denizli province, which lies just over 100 miles from tourist hotspot Marmaris. Scores of buildings are said to have been damaged and there are reports of people running into the streets in panic. The Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency said the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 6.0 and struck at 2.25pm local time. 😱
