NYC: Earlier today, a maritime incident occurred near the West Harlem Pier involving the charter vessel Timeless. As the boat attempted to dock, a mooring line snapped—causing the vessel to strike the pier. At the time, the vessel was carrying approximately 352 occupants.

22 patients were transported to area hospitals—all are reported to be in stable condition. We pray for their speedy recovery.

Thanks to the rapid, coordinated response by NYPD, FDNY, uscg, and nycemergencymgt -all passengers were safely evacuated and treated without further incident.

This is a prime example of how NYC Mayor Adams’ public safety team works to save lives. The intricate coordination, the timely response, the cutting-edge technology—no expense is spared when it comes to protecting New Yorkers. This is the best trained and equipped emergency response team in the nation, and today-as they do everyday-they proved it.

"The U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime ... I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success," says POTUS.

President Donald J. Trump: "The U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime ... I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success.

Iran must now make peace.

For 40 years, Iran has been saying 'Death to America' ... They have been killing our people.

I decided a long time ago that I would not let this happen. It will NOT continue.

I want to congratulate the great American patriots who flew those magnificent machines tonight, and all of the United States military on an operation the likes of which the world has not seen in many, many decades. Hopefully, we will no longer need their services in this capacity. I hope that's so."

There will be either peace or there will be tragedy for Iran far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days.

If peace does not come quickly, we will go after those other targets with precision, speed, and skill."
