BREAKING: A woman was arrested Monday after attempting to drive through the entrance of the Hastings Keith Federal Building in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and trying to set an American flag on fire using gasoline, according to police.

Police say Jennifer Padilla, 26, tried entering the building with an American flag and gasoline, which she poured on the flag and tried to light it on fire.

Officials say the building sustained minor damage and one security officer was struck but not injured.

Padilla faces several charges, including assault by means of a dangerous weapon, destruction of property, and attempted arson.

Statement from Mayor Jon Mitchell: “I am relieved that no one was seriously injured in this morning’s incident at the Hastings Keith Federal Building, and I am grateful for the swift and skillful response by the New Bedford Police Department. While it appears to be an isolated incident, it is a reminder of the need for appropriate security protocols at public facilities.”

POTUS from AF1✈️

This is FALSE. ICE agents arrested criminal illegal alien Albino Teodores Mandujano. His 19-year-old son took possession of his vehicle. ICE officers even offered to move the vehicle to a better location. Additionally, ICE allowed Mandujano to make a telephone call to ensure the vehicle and his son arrived safely back at his home.

Albino Teodores Mandujano’s criminal record includes a conviction for fighting in a public place and an arrest for driving under the influence. This individual entered our country illegal at least THREE times.

Parents, who are here illegally, can take control of their departure. Through the CBP Home App— the Trump Administration is giving parents illegally in the country a chance to take full control of their departure and self-deport, with the potential ability to return the legal, right way and come back to live the American dream.

Florida: A Fort Myers man is in the Lee County Jail and charged with aggravated animal cruelty after he violently threw a kitten on the ground and buried it in the backyard.

On Saturday evening just before 6:30pm, 5th precinct deputies responded to 483 Figueroa Avenue regarding a report of animal abuse. Deputies made contact with several witnesses on scene. Witnesses explained they watched Alfonso Alexander Perez Nas (H/M; DOB 6/20/2000) drinking alcohol and violently threw an unnamed kitten to the ground. The kitten cried and appeared lifeless. Sadly, the kitten died on impact. Perez Nas then held the kitten to the sky and said he was going to put on some music and kill more cats. 5th Precinct detectives and the Animal Cruelty Task Force assumed the investigation. A search warrant was completed and the kitten was exhumed from the backyard.

Sheriff Carmine Marceno stated: "I've said it once and I'll say it again: Animal cruelty will never be tolerated in Lee County. This disgusting act landed Perez Nas in the Lee County Jail. We will always protect those that cannot protect themselves."
