BREAKING: The entire Jacksboro Texas Police Department resigned and left.

An investigation into the city manager and internal turmoil at the police department allegedly is the reason why.

A badge doesn’t make you immune to grief. Losing a fellow officer in the line of duty is more than just a professional loss—it’s personal. The weight of that grief can be heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone.

Peer support, professional counseling, and even small rituals—like visiting a memorial or sharing a story—can help process the pain. A strong department takes care of its own, both in life and in loss. If you’re struggling, talk to someone. Brotherhood and sisterhood mean never walking through grief alone.

“People need to understand the anti-police, the pro-criminal protesters aren’t just a group of radicals on the street,” PBA President Patrick Hendry said. “They’re deep-pocketed corporate attorneys who will do any . . . trick in the book to get a cop killer a second, a third, a fourth, a fifth bite at the apple — even if it means putting this family through hell.”

The family of our Midtown South Pct. brother P.O. Anthony Dwyer had to endure their fourth victim impact statement in just over two years yesterday. They need your support — visit the PBA website https://nycpba.org/ and submit the petition to keep this cop-killer behind bars.
