The incident happened around 9:45 a.m. and involved six inmates, five of whom are confirmed MS-13 gang members from El Salvador. Authorities say those five men were in the country illegally and have been convicted of violent crimes including murder and rape. The sixth inmate, a Sureño 13 gang member from the U.S., is serving time for second-degree murder.

This is what happens when loyalty and favoritism matter more than competence. When leaders use their positions to protect “their people” and retaliate against those who ask questions, it creates an environment where mistakes flourish—and justice suffers.

NEW: The man tasked w/ carrying out Trump’s mass deportation agenda gives his first national TV interview to FoxNews. Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons says he will “ramp up” raids in sanctuary cities that are doubling down, & expressed frustration w/ media & politicians portraying ICE targets as innocent victims without looking at their backgrounds or criminal histories.

Additionally, not many people realize ICE only has about 5,500 deportation officers in the entire country. House Republicans, via their reconciliation bill, want to give ICE funding to hire an additional 10,000 personnel.

Lyons tells me that would be an immediate “game changer”.
