A gang member sitting in a stolen car reached for a shotgun as officers told him not to move his hands. They used deadly force.

The DA cleared the cops of any wrongdoing... so BLM hounded her from office and replaced her with a DA who charged the cops with manslaughter.

San Francisco’s 45-Foot Nude Statue Sparks Debate: a 45-foot-tall nude female statue towering in front of the Ferry Building, installed to “jazz up downtown,” per CBS News. This 30,000-pound creation by artist Marco Cochrane has everyone talking.

Cochrane says it’s about women’s visibility, breaking free from “outdated or passive narratives” in public art, with the figure standing “strong, aware, and grounded” for a world where all walk fearless. But when a worker was caught doing a “surgical procedure” on the statue’s rear, it seems like in SF, everyone’s getting it up the ass—even a 45-foot statue! Is this a bold feminist statement or just downtown overkill? Matt unpacks the art, the intent, and the cheeky buzz.

Hello, I would like you to post something on your page. I was attacked while charging my Cybertruck at the Rancho Vista station. There were other people charging their cars at the time, and I believe someone may have recorded the incident on video. Could you please help me find out if anyone is willing to come forward with footage to assist the detective in making an arrest?

1.Fire Department Budget Cuts: In 2024, Mayor Bass approved a $17.6 million reduction to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s budget, impacting core operations and emergency preparedness.

2.Overseas Trip During Wildfires: Bass was abroad in Ghana during the onset of devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, leading to criticism over her absence during a critical time.

3.Termination of Fire Chief Kristin Crowley: Following the wildfires, Bass dismissed Fire Chief Crowley, a move that was criticized by firefighters and unions as scapegoating.

4.Controversial USC Scholarship: Bass received a full-tuition scholarship from USC without a formal application process, which was later deemed a gift by the House Ethics Committee.

5.Affordable Housing Project Delays: Her administration faced lawsuits for stalling a 140-unit affordable housing project in Venice, drawing criticism for hindering solutions to the housing crisis.

6.Increased Police Funding: Despite campaigning on police reform, Bass supported increasing LAPD funding and staffing, disappointing some progressive allies.

7.Handling of Homelessness: Bass’s approach to homelessness, including enforcing anti-encampment laws, has been criticized by activists who feel it criminalizes the unhoused.

8.Secretive Union Negotiations: Her administration conducted union contract negotiations with little public input, leading to costly agreements and budget strains.

9.Public Safety Response Criticism: The city’s response to wildfires, including delayed emergency services, led to public outcry and accusations of mismanagement.

10.Celebrity Backlash: Public figures like Sarah Michelle Gellar and James Woods criticized Bass’s handling of the wildfires, blaming her policies for exacerbating the crisis.
