He now faces felony prosecution for alien smuggling (8USC1324) and felony illegal re-entry (8USC1326).

The City of Pueblo and Pueblo Police will host an honor escort/welcome home procession beginning at 11:30 a.m. near the Pueblo Police Department at 200 South Main Street.
