Moment at least three men appear to climb out of a manhole in the middle of busy traffic in the US border town of El Paso. Protesters in Hong Kong vowed today to keep fighting against a proposed extradition law with China, a day after riot police fired tear gas and rubber bullets at unarmed demonstrators. Authorities have shut government offices in the city's financial district for the rest of the week after some of the worst violence in the city since Britain handed it back to Chinese rule in 1997.
