非常抱歉通知各位，由于德国数据中心持续的网络问题，经过慎重考虑，我们决定关闭我们德国区域的所有业务，针对现有德国VPS客户，可以根据自己的情况选择如下处理方案
1. 如果您需要退款，请尽快提交服务单申请，我们将按剩余时间+30天进行退款。
2. 将VPS迁移至我们美国圣何塞机房，现有VPS的折扣将保留，产品价格将修改为美国VPS的价格，VPS到期前不需要补差价。
3. 针对选择迁移美国圣何塞机房的客户，根据现有VPS开通时间，可以额外赠送使用时间。1年内的VPS，额外赠送1个月使用时间，1-2年的VPS，额外赠送2个月使用时间，2年以上的VPS，额外赠送3个月使用时间。
4. 针对选择迁移美国机房的用户，依然提供7天无理由退款保证，用户可以在7天内提出申请，继续按照方案1进行退款。
5. 如果迁移用户过多，可能导致我们无法及时开通VPS，请耐心等待，我们预计会在7天内开通。
我们的德国VPS将在6月中旬正式下架，请务必尽快提交服务单做出方案选择，以免造成不必要的损失

Lund University. Our knowledge regarding the long-term health effects of tattoos is currently poor, and there is not a lot of research within this area. Now a research group at Lund University has investigated the association between tattoos and lymphoma.
