欧盟那边也给Temu一记重拳。
欧盟委员会在5月31日上午表示，Temu 必须在 今年 9 月底之前遵守 DSA（数字市场法案）下最严格的规定，包括评估、降低与其服务相关的系统性风险：如假冒商品、不安全或非法产品以及侵犯知识产权物品的上市和销售。
若公司违反 DSA 的相关要求，最高会被处以其全球范围年营业额 6%的罚款。

最大的坑在哪里呢？不安全。
pdd尽全力肯定可以做好防止假冒伪劣，侵犯知识产权的产品。但是不安全这条….. 一下子把门槛提高到了，正规出口的地步。…
