— Everything you post in the Channel will be forwarded and pinned to the Group.
— Messages deleted/edited from Channel will be synced to the Group.
— Who can change the setting? Admin who have 'Change Channel Info' right.
— What group? Supergroup where you are the Admin, or Basic group where you are the Creator (auto-converted to Supergroup).

You will need:

1. Any vector graphics editor that allows exporting vector objects to Adobe After Effects for turning them into animations.
2. Adobe After Effects.
3. The Bodymovin-TG plugin, a fork of Bodymovin for Adobe After Effects that can be used to export animations to .TGS, the Telegram animated stickers format.

Technical requirements:

- Sticker/canvas size must be 512х512 pixels.
- Sticker objects must not leave the canvas.
- Animation length must not exceed 2-3 seconds.
- The animation must be looped.
- The size of your animated sticker must not exceed 64 KB.
- You must not use the following Adobe After Effects functionality when creating the animation: Expressions, Masks, Mattes, Layer Effects, Images, Solids, Texts, 3D Layers, Merge Paths, Star Shapes, Gradient Strokes, Repeaters, Time Stretching, Time Remapping, Auto-Oriented Layers. Using any of these tools will make it impossible to export your animation with Bodymovin-TG.

🆕 Exceptions for group chats.

From now on, you can make something visible for all your classmates in one group chat and keep it private from, say, all your colleagues in another – with just two taps.

Settings will adjust automatically as people join and leave the groups. So when your half-brother unexpectedly gets a job as a data broker, you'll just need to kick him out of one group to update all your settings.

Admins can add a group chat to their channel to serve as a discussion board.

🆕 Subscribers will see a ‘Discuss’ link on the bottom panel, and each new post from the channel will be automatically forwarded to and pinned in the discussion group.
