Telegram ran a contest for Android-developer with a prize fund of 1 million rubles

Telegram ran a contest for Android-developers to create an interface offering photo and video. The company is ready to give to the winners no less than 1 million rubles.

Starting with 0.9.46 our Telegram Desktop version for early testing is renamed to «alpha» instead of the old puzzling «dev» 🤔

Also this new version is the first one built upon Qt library version 5.6, so I hope it has some bugfixes for you.
