Russian court decided to block Telegram today in Russian Federation.
Pavel @Durov wrote about blockings on his VK page:

- Telegram will be using in-app anti-blocking methods, which don't require any users's activity, but 100% availability of service is not guaranteed without VPN.
- First hours after blocking third-party VPN/Proxy services could be overloaded and with a high probability will work slowly.
- Important: don't delete or reinstall Telegram when troubles with connection occur. Try to download updates from AppStore and Google Play in time.

Turn off the wi-fi/data, open Telegram then turn the connection on and everything will be ok, or you can force close your apps.

The problem has been resolved. It doesn't crash anymore.
