TALKS
⬛️ Hi folks ! Today let's talk about leadership. Very often people mistake boss with a Leader, but it couldn't be further from truth. Having higher position in hierarchy doesn't mean you're a leader, it only means higher position hierarchy:), that's it! Being…
When you grow you tend to change your mind, because you got more time to analyze things. This would probably be one of those cases. Simon Sinek a guy who became successful as a book writer and famous as motivation speaker, teaches how to become a great leader. It's like if I make a speech to medical surgeons how to do a great surgeries.
I think there's a caste of professional speakers, how's got no experience in subject pretending, but they never mention it in their talks. I have nothing against Simon's opinion, maybe his advice how to be a great leader is correct. Or maybe it's all a bullshit coated in beautiful package that actually doesn't work.
Simon isn't bad guy, he's just trying his best to succeed in life and he's quite entertaining to watch, but he's a demagogue.
Lesson I take from this:
- Take more time to question what you get, question the background of person who's advice you're about to take, is he honest about he's competence ?
- Try to look at the statements made from different points of view. Not just the point of view you're at right now, but also from the point of view the person you want to become... example if you want to become a boss you look at statement as a boss, not as an employee... if you want to be a businessman you try to look from position of the owner of business.
P.S Maybe i changed my mind now that I'm building my own business after switching to another side. That means I might change my opinion about many things in future. We will see! 😏

I stoped watching TV news, from now on I watch exclusively PewDiePie News ! The most trusted source of news on internet ! 😂
Everytime people go out on the demostrations to kick thier corrupt goverment ass, we hear one repeating universal goverment officials excuse. I was just watching a little interview of one of Hungerian goverment official talking about the demostrations that are happening in Hungary - "It's all Soros's work!" 🤦🏻♂️
So I thought to myself! "How many time did I hear the same excuse from my own government officials in Russia?".
It's unbelivable how many different government officials around the world that screw up go on to blame Soros. 😂
So what does it mean?
I guess it means Soros is great guy! A real hero! Why? Because he's the enemy of every screwed up politician in the world.
Also, whenever you hear your country's politician mentioning Soros, that means he failed at his job and he's full of shit.💩

In a matter of 10 years Russia turning from quickly developing European nation into copy of Venezuela. Year 2018 was year of struggle for Russian people. There's strong resentment from youth towards corrupted politicians. It was a year of many protests and a lot more of police brutality. Lots of young Russians such as myself are leaving the country and power balance shifts more and more on the side of corrupt politician. Russia isn't France unfortunately for people and fortunately for Putin and his police/national guard/FSB/courts/his bodyguards. The whole system is just too rotten with corruption, lies and stupidity. Russia might not collapse in next 10 years, but it will probably take over N.Korea and Iran as the most alienated country.
Apparently Gillette has hired bunch of feminists to their marketing department. Their latest ad campaign is receiving a huge backlash with men around the world(including me).
Their YouTube channel has been filled with angry comments such as "you lost your customer".
I just wonder what were they thinking when they were releasing ad offending 100% of their target audience !?

"You are not what you think of yourself, not what others think of you. You are what is actually happening in your life. If there's nothing meaningful happening, then your identity isn't much of deal, because you are shadow of your actions."

⬛️ There's a online trend when everyone is comparing themselves/life/society 10 years ago and now... But how about 20 years and today?
22 years to be exact... Found this great interview of Jeff Bezos where he talks about his small, but growing business called Amazon.
Fastforward 2019: Amazon is the biggest retailer in North America, that forced to close down hundreds of big physical stores in America. There were so many stores closed in 2018, that they called it Retail Armagedon.
All the while Jeff had become a richest man on planet with 100 billion net worth.

Jeff Bezos 1997 Interview
This is an interview with Jeff Bezos - the founder of Amazon in 1997. It is very clear that Jeff is already on the right track in 1997 (three years after the introduction of NCSA Mosaic). While his words seem obvious now 15+ years later - in 1997 - he was…
⬛️ I have a rare oportunity to share a talk of Russian intelectual since the video is in English. Mikhail Svetov is Russian blogger and member of Russia’s Libertarian Party.
In this video Mikhail talks with the president of the Foundation for Economic Education Lawrence Reed.
This doesn't mean I'm promoting Libertarianism here, I still do not know much about this political philosophy. Personaly politically I support the most to classical liberalism.
Libertarianism clames to put liberty at it's core. However I couldn't find country which which has a libertarian political system(if u think im wrong plz send your sources to talks chat). Is it actually possible for Libertarian country to sustain for many years? Masses are influenced by propaganda and instant gratification of leftist ideas, because we do not like to look far ahead to realize that there's no free lunch. How can Libertarian party compete with Leftist parties( ̶s̶c̶u̶m̶b̶a̶g̶s̶ ) ?
You should definetly check out this great conversation to at least realize that Russians are not all communits or putinists, there's some intelectual thought left in this country, which Svetov brilliantly demostrates.
