More than 200,000 Californians have had their ballots rejected since 2020. This is what happens when you don’t require voter ID. If a machine can identify your party registration, people have every right to question whether the process can be manipulated.

BREAKING: Closing arguments in the Karmelo Anthony murder trial have ENDED, and the jury is now deliberating.

Remember Karmelo Anthony has been charged with murder.

Manslaughter is a lesser charge that carries a much lighter sentence.

SO HERE’S WHATS HAPPENING HERE.

They know Karmelo is guilty.

They know there might be riots if Karmelo is found guilty.

So they’re probably going to find him guilty of the lesser charge in hopes that it will deter the black community from burning down Wendys and looting Best Buy.

A federal judge has deemed DeCarlos Brown to be incompetent to stand trial at this time. He will now be medicated in an attempt to get him mentally fit for trial.

WATCH: DOZENS of illegal aliens recovered from a burning trailer in South Texas.

On June 4, 2026, DPS Troopers responded to assist Border Patrol Agents in a vehicle pursuit involving a tractor trailer along Highway 281 near Falfurrias. During the pursuit, Troopers deployed a tire deflation device in attempt to stop the vehicle – but the driver continued to evade until the tractor trailer caught fire. Troopers and Agents immediately removed the driver and a passenger from the vehicle’s cab and placed them under arrest. At that time, the driver informed law enforcement of additional occupants inside the trailer.

Troopers and Agents quickly unlocked the trailer and rescued 39 suspected illegal immigrants before the trailer became engulfed in flames. All subjects were medically screened for injuries prior to being taken into custody.

This incident is a reminder of the dangerous lengths human smugglers will go to when engaging in this criminal activity, and DPS is proud to work with our federal partners, like USBP, to stop them.

NEW: Karmelo Anthony, 19, has been found guilty for the death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.

The teens were attending a regional track meet in Frisco, Texas, when Metcalf reportedly told Anthony to leave their team's tent. That’s when Anthony reportedly stabbed and killed Metcalf.

Bond was revoked and he was taken into custody.

Now, the sentencing phase  begins where the same jury decides his sentencing. They will call character witnesses.

Karmelo Anthony’s mom took the stand. She said,  “He’s my oldest, my first born, my baby, I love him very much.”

His mom he mascara down her face while she cried and asked the  jury “please have mercy on my son.”

NEW: Deputy Breaks Arm in Backyard Chase; Ukiah Man Arrested

On June 5, 2026, at about 8:27 p.m., Mendocino County CA Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 3900 block of North State Street in Ukiah for a report of a male subject causing a disturbance.

During the foot pursuit, the deputy lost their footing in debris within the yard and fell, sustaining a fracture to their right humerus. The deputy was transported to a local hospital for immediate medical evaluation and treatment. The injury was determined to be a serious bodily injury.
