*The pandemic messed up Gen-Z*

Studies have literally proven that the pandemic had a serious affect on Gen-Z's mental health that will persist long term, yet no older generations address it. Instead we are told to stop using the pandemic as an excuse and to be grateful because other people had it worse. Edit: Not going to reply the same things again and again: Everyone's mental health was impacted but Gen Z's was impacted horribly and for long term due to being in our developmental stage. This is a fact backed by multiple studies. Just search it up. Gen Alpha is also in this boat. Bringing up people who suffered more doesn't lessen our own suffering at all. This isn't a competition. This post is only talking about mental health. This post is not about covid deaths and which generation made up the most of them. I don't live in, or care for, USA.
