U2 opened its first Las Vegas residency at Sphere Entertainment's (SPHR) - Get Free Report Sphere at The Venetian Resort on Sept. 29, 2023, for its U2/UV Achtung Baby Live at the Sphere 25-show residency. The band expanded it to 36 shows, then extended it even further by adding four final shows on the residency for an even 40 dates.
