*What’s your favorite “oh, this guy is so f***ed” scene?*

Bonus points for non-horror movies. There’s two really good ones in the first Jurassic Park. I think the best is Newman’s death scene. The building of tension as he tries to escape in the rain is great. You can tell he is screwed from the get go, but it still manages to keep you on the edge of your seat.
