*I hate FF culture*

This sentiment of "hostage taking" is quite frustrating to me, I understand that not everyone agrees and it's possible I'm even in the minority but I enjoy playing games even when it's clear that it's likely a lost game, I still enjoy the dynamic of taking the options available to turn the game even in the small number of games where it is truly hopeless. Why am I treated like I am trying to take a vindictive action and punish my team mates for their lost lanes, guilted into surrendering (or an attempt to at least) when I just enjoy playing league of legends and playing to my outs whether we are ahead or behind? I'll never understand why people ONLY enjoy the game when they have a gold/experience lead, I can understand having more fun while ahead but the amount of people who see staying in losing games as wasted and torturous time is bizarre to me. Sorry just venting, I enjoy league and it's sad to me personally how disengaged people become when they leave lane with a gold deficit. submitted by /u/Chimaeraa to r/leagueoflegends [link] [comments]
