*What movie clearly teased a sequel that never happened?*

My pick is the 80's classic Flash Gordon. The last scene literally says "The End?" I wanted more Princess Aura, more Hawk-men, more spiked-pit battles, more jungle planet. I wanted a second Queen soundtrack and maybe a visit to Frigia. Did Ming return somehow? Did Zarkov keep building rockets? Was football adopted as the national sport of Mongo?
